Fabric Preparation & Cutting
Manufacturing begins with fabric inspection and preparation. Incoming fabric is evaluated for consistency, defects, and suitability before entering production. Fabric is then spread and cut using standardized patterns and industrial cutting equipment to ensure accuracy across sizes and production batches.
Precision at this stage is critical. Accurate cutting supports consistent garment fit, efficient material usage, and downstream production efficiency across sewing and assembly operations.
Fabric inspection and handling
