In addition to contract and program-based manufacturing, B&S Activewear develops and operates its own brands, including basicstyle's® and HUDI®, reflecting our end-to-end capabilities from concept through finished product.
History
B&S Activewear’s foundation is rooted in a Bangladesh-to-USA journey spanning over 25 years of apparel manufacturing experience.
The company’s origins trace back to Bangladesh, where deep expertise was built in factory operations, production planning, and quality control within one of the world’s most established garment manufacturing ecosystems. This multi-generational knowledge base was later expanded into the United States to better serve North American customers with localized distribution, program execution, and customer engagement.
Over time, B&S Activewear evolved from a manufacturing-focused operation into a fully integrated platform connecting sourcing, manufacturing, importing, and U.S. distribution—while maintaining a strong commitment to ethical practices and long-term partnerships.
